Abstract:
In the process of constructing mechanical systems in recent times increasing demands on reliability, service life, reduce energy consumption, noise, vibration, wear and others are placed . Despite the increase technologicality in producting bearings, which are all integral parts of rotating machinery, manufacturers do not receive feedback on their working life of the consumer during their exploitation. In this respect, paper presents a method for reconstruction device of laboratory testing for roller bearings that will give will give results on conduct of bearings in different operating conditions and the degree of the influence of external factors to it. The objective of this paper is to give important information about the overall laboratory testing conveyor rollers, whose parts are right bearings and to significantly improve and enhance the transportation of coal in a power plant in the basin and Kostolac where they apply.
