Abstract:
Apstract: A large number of patients are now occurs in order to create esthetic restorations on anterior teeth. During the preparation of these fillings is an important choice of appropriate material. To create esthetic restoration of front teeth using composites of different composition, and the corresponding ratio of resin and filler is crucial in achieving good esthetic and mechanical properties.
The aim of this work was to replace composite restorations fasetas and IV classes at the upper anterior teeth veneers and fillings made of micro-hybrid composite material with ceramic fillers.
Twenty nine years old patient came to our clinic for replacement of esthetic restorations. After anamnesis and diagnostic procedures, during which it was established indication for replacement of esthetic restorations, made the removal of the same. After removing the fillings approached the refreshing cavity walls and skewing enamel edges provided with adequate dry working field. Then he approached the application of a single component self etch adhesive light-cured FESTY Unibond (Galenika a.d., Belgrade), the application of the new filling and then finishing it. As a material for composite veneers used a light-cured microhybrid composite ceramic filler- FESTY cerm (Galenika, Belgrade) designed for aesthetic restorations of all kinds of cavities on primary and permanent teeth, direct composite veneers and composite upgrades less viable teeth.
In clinical practice are often used composites of different composition, however, easy handling, good esthetic qualities, exceptional mechanical properties and a good possibility of finishing are the advantages of these materials in relation to others.
